Between vineyards and forests, in the localities known as “Les Soranges”, “Les Côtes des Perches”, “La Haie Noé”, and “Les Pantenay”, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes embody the elegance and richness of our Premiers Crus.
Chouilly
Chardonnays predominate in this Grand Cru of the renowned Côte des Blancs. “La Haie Pénard”, “Les Echamées”, and “Vigne Bouillet” are the specific vineyard sites dedicated to them.
This white grape variety from Champagne guarantees the finesse and freshness of our champagnes.
Mareuil-sur-Aÿ
An ideal location, an extraordinary point of view on the Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays that shine for the pleasure of our Premier Cru blends in this place called “Les Dudies”.
Mutigny
On more clayey soil and with a magnificent view of Avenay Val d’Or, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines share the vineyard known as “Les Terriers de Gd’ Maison”.
Our plot still houses one of the last remaining winegrower’s huts in our region.
